We are finally running out of Nutro and I am trying to decide which food to move onto next. Bodhi's poop has been really soft and yellow and I am hoping it is just the Nutro. Does anyone have any opinions on whether to switch to TOTW or Fromm? He seems to like the Fromm when I gave him a sample tast of it. What are your experiences??

Katie, as has been mentioned, we have a lot of info on this in the Food Group. California Natural is now owned by Proctor & Gamble, along with EVO and Innova, after Natura sold to P & G last year. There have already been changes in both the formulas and the suppliers.

Fromm is a family owned business located in Wisconsin, and we feel much more comfortable with their sourcing than with that of Cal. Nat.

Rachel Ray yay!!

Rachael Ray's dog food contains some of the worst, most dangerous ingredients out there, including a synthetic form of vitamin K, menadione sodium bisulfate, which has been linked to several life-threatening diseases.  I would not recommend it.

Help! Ok so we have been in the transition stage to Fromm for almost a week now and I am a little concerned about Bodhi's poop. Sometimes it has a solid form to it but mostly it is liquid and I feel so bad for the poor boy! He is also having pee pee issues cause sometimes he has a creamy liquid still on his parts after peeing. I asked my vet about it but didn't think anything of it. Is this diaharia stuff normal when switching? Do i need to change something about the way I am doing it Or do I just need to cool it and quit being a concerned mommy and give it time? I have gradually given him the Fromm starting out as a topper and now I am doing half and half. Just need some advise....

I just started transitioning Curly to TOTW and he has diarrhea on day two! :( I am wondering the same thing, if this is normal when switching foods? He was on Cosco kirkland brand, chicken and rice because that is what our breeder was feeding him when we got him. He did great on that, I know it isn't the BEST food, but it worked well for him. He always had solid poops. He is now 8 months old and we decided to switch foods. I hope this will pass!
