Truisms-Highly Suggested Reading for new members and those with new puppies

Doodle Kisses is a wonderful site.

It contains a wealth of information.

We have excellent search functions in general and in discussions.

There are groups on most anything ranging from Puppy Madness, through the Food, Doodle Grooming Groups all the way to Warped Humor and the Science Group.

Puppies Bite.

Puppies pee and poop and need to be trained to do so outside.

Yet puppies will have accidents.

Puppies will have poop problems.

All common topics have been covered many times somewhere on DK.

We also have DK navigational information on the Help Tab above.

I totally understand your point. I'm not actually sure what my point was, other than any topic a person can put on here it can be said, " it's been covered" ... or ... " there is a group for that"

So far everyone on here has been friendly and helpful as all get out and I thank you all for that.

I have seen specialty sites come and go... so keep up the good work directing us newbies where to find our answers when we do get redundant! ê¿è

I can assure you I will ask or bring up things that have been hashed over to death, just because I was too lazy or in a huury to search it out!

There are many questions asked daily about our Doodles or topics and blogs written about our dogs. If you start reading the different things that scroll down the front page, you will start learning about members and their dogs. Many of us have formed real friendships on DK, even though my kids tell me all the time they have real friends and mine are all on the Internet :) We have a Yappy Hour on Friday nights where you can chat with members. There is a training group that is very good about answering training questions. Same with the food group. I think the thing that F is talking about is when the same question gets asked over and over, because people are posting without seeing if they can find the information by doing a search. One week, we had the same discussion about a service dog posted five times and I think three discussions were running on the front page all at the same time. Please take the time to read some of the discussions and blogs and I bet you will find you can interact with lots of Doodle owners. Good luck!

P.S. We even have a Poop Group....doesn't get much better than that....LOL!!
