We've been using mostly kibble to train our 9 week old doodle but want to try something "special" for training. There seem to be a lot of options out there...ideas? So far, we think she has a typical sensitive-puppy stomach, as the sample treats we've tried (bison meat) made her sick.

9 weeks is pretty young to be giving any new foods. We always recommend that you wait at least two weeks after bringing home a new puppy to change foods, including treats. If you are seeing signs of digestive problems, you won't know if it's from stress, food or if she has parasites, which are very common in doodle puppies.I'd stick with the kibble for now.
There is a freeze dried pure meat treat called Pure Bites which is good for dogs with sensitive stomachs. There are chicken, duck, fish, and beef liver varieties. Very small pieces, and no other ingredients. You might try the chicken formula if her kibble is chicken based.
Stella loves Zukes salmon flavor as well as peanut butter. She's also a big fan of Natural Balance lamb, it comes in a roll that you cut up and store in the fridge. What a cute puppy Allison!
The Zuke's minis are great training treats, especially because they're so small and portable.
I would just wait before introducing more new foods in such a young puppy.
