Ready to WIN $50???
READY TO WIN $50.00?
Our member Amy who owns DoodleSport.com has generously donated a $50.00 gift certificate to use in her online store. But, I don't want to just draw a number out of the hat--you have to work for it ;-)
So here is your assignment: to be eligible to win the $50.00 gift certificate to use at DoodleSport.com you must appropriately tag and title your photos by December 7 at 7:00 PM PST.
Here is how this will work. Once the deadline passes, I will randomly choose a member. I will go to that member's page and look at every single photo they have uploaded. If the member has a minimum of 20 photos on their page (photos put into text boxes do not count) and the majority of these photos have both a title (meaning something other than a photo number--but I don't care what your title is) and tagged with what type of doodle is in the picture--they will win! But if not, I will pick another random member and try again...until I find a winner!
So to summarize:
1) you need to have a minimum of 20 photos uploaded
2) title the majority of your photos so that it doesn't just say "qwdfd8787d77899" for the title
3) tag the majority of your photos to indicate the kind of doodle in the photo. Note that this means: F1, F1b, labradoodle, goldendoodle, Australian labradoodle, or multigenerational --whichever ones fit your dood(s).
In order to tag and title photos that are already on your page you simply have to go to that photo and click on "edit photo" and then fill in the appropriate blanks then hit "save."
While you're at it, feel free to add any other useful tags to your photo (although these are not required--but certainly helpful) such as: color of your dog's coat, any words reflecting what else is in the photo that might be significant (snow, rain, goggles, lake, ocean, swimming). I must emphasize, that the tag is just a word or a bunch of words that individually, and in any order, simply tell what's in the picture. A tag is not a phrase or sentence or your thoughts about the picture--all of that stuff can go in the picture description.

I see some but new photos coming in titled and tagged already!!! EXCELLENT! The more photos are tagged and titled the better and more easily everyone will be able to search for photos and find what they're looking for!

How strange and frustrating!
When in doubt about things that should be working the first thing to do is restart your browser. If that doesn't fix the issue and you can recreate the problem THEN take some screenshots and insert them in here. If you can take a screenshot of what things look like as you're trying to follow the steps to tag that would be very helpful in troubleshooting. -

After having to do a ton at once...you see the glory in doing it when you first download them :-)
I was really good about tagging/titling my first 20 or so...but after a while I got lazy myself! -

DoodleSport now has socks! So please check them out and get your photos tagged -- just imagine me looking through 1000 member photos until I find the winner...don't do it to me! EVERYONE tag so I find my winner right away ;-) IF nothing else..think of ME! LOL!
