My puppy Murphy is now 1 year and 4 months old and we've noticed that she is really slowing down. She doesn't play nearly as much as before and rarely has the "zoomies" like she used too. While this is good in some ways I'm wondering if this is normal. She still seems awfully young to become "an adult". I know she is very healthy because she had her yearly checkup recently, eats well, and has normal stools. We give her 2 walks a day. I'd like to hear how your "older" puppies are doing. Thank, everyone.

Oh she's so young. She'll change A LOT in the coming months!

Yep she is just a baby, a big baby but still a baby.

So cute....she is the same color as Lucy.  People stop us all the time to comment on her color.

Maybe we should start a group for red dogs. ;-)

I'm In a small group for red and apricot doodles on here
We get that a lot to. Oh I love her color what type of dog is she. I tell them and they get the odd look on thier face and say she's a what

I've had people ask me if Murphy is an Irish Setter. Then I think "What???". She definitely got the retriever look though...
