Penny may have eaten a mole

I think Penny may have eaten a mole, I heard squeeking in the yard, when I brought her in she threw up, now is acting very lethargic just sitting not her usual self

Penny is fine today, whatever it was seemed to work its course. I dont use any poison to kill moles just an electronic thing that chases thejm away so I guess it wasnt poisonous what it was

.  It was dark so I couldnt  see it only heard the squeeking.  I will now take a flashlight  outside for now on when we are in the yard
