Labradoodles in Shelter

I just read that some labradoodles may be in a shelter near Kamloops British Columbia. I don't know any deatils. I just noticed a thread on a breeder forum. If anyone is looking for a pet there may be dogs looking for a home.

"Several quality breeding Australian labradoodles have been put in this facility. Looks like they were from Avonlee labradoodles. I do not know why they are there and don't know if this is a kill shelter or not...Can anyone help and find out who is in Canada?

Cindy's comments were critical of apparent bad practices at Avonlee Labradoodles, Jane.  Unfortunately, without hard facts the situation is, it's just the opinion of Ann as an excellent breeder by other breeders, versus the opinion of Ann as a substandard breeder by a number of clients, a number of breeders, the SPCA and a vet, who supposedly reported Ann to the SPCA, although this has not been verified.   

Therefore, if anyone concerned thinks they can produce hard facts, for example statements, receipts, vet reports etc., perhaps they should forward them to the SPCA's involved who may, or may not be inclined to act.

In the meantime, readers are left to draw their own conclusions about why all these independent bodies are reporting malpractice, and why their stories are all so similar.

What I am questioning right now is why doesn't someone ask the SPCA in the Grande Forks area if they would be interested in a breeder that they shut down is still breeding dogs in the Kamloops area etc... I am sure if her name was used, there would be a great deal of interest from the SPCA there and they would likely look into it and maybe something could be done legally. You can't just say there is no proof. I am giving the information, someone that cares and wants to do something can look into her past with Grande Forks. Maybe if there were a fine or jail time, she may learn a lesson and start understanding what she is doing wrong. Doing nothing will change nothing.
