Do you realize? What to do? 10,000
As I started writing this there were 9,578 DK members. There may be more as I finish given my typing skills. Somehow with the Olympics starting this gave me some thoughts about what we are going to do to celebrate 10,000 members. I hope it doesn't happen when some folks are off cruising and boozing or snoozing. It needs to be fun and special and heaven forbid not like the fireworks,
or was it confetti,
that we had for 5,000 members, which messed up the site as I recall. Of course, Adina, OFL (Our Fearless Leader), would have to approve and she may already have a spectacle planned. But it seemed to me we need to start thinking now.
Isn't it amazing?

No wonder I have brain fatigue. I am 2221 by my calculations. With all the exercise my neurons are getting they look like muscles : )

It took me 15 tries to find my page!! I actually found it earlier but my brain was in such a fog by then that I missed myself! Ugh! Muscley neurons for sure! I think I sprained a couple.

Christine, I think one of us did something wrong (probably me but I am too tired to do it all over again!!) because you joined 6/2010 and I joined 8/2010 so we can't be 3000 members apart. Unless it was a really busy summer that year!! LOL!
Oh, I think I see what happened. Did you remember to subtract your page from 458 before you multiplied by 21? If I skip that step I come up with 3276 which is closer to your number.

You're right. I did Jane's the other night, she joined 4/12/09, she's on page 279, and her member number is 3758.

I joined at the end of November 2008 and I'm 2221 if that helps.

It was me - I multiplied 21 by the wrong number of pages!!
