Little bump on belly

Hey all, Ollie has a bump on his stomach. It is not quite as big as a pea. Could this have been from a matt? He had a little matting on his stomach, like he got something on it and then it matted. I probably post too often about really minor things...but I want to catch anything that could potentially be a problem, early.

How does the bump look today? Yesterday it was a bit red.  Any difference today?  Bigger, more red, the same?

Did you apply any anti-biotic ointment?

It looks like it went down a little, but it has a dry spot on it
