Oh. It just must say "pre order" I bet someone forgot to take it off. Because its available. A ton of people just got theirs on their forum. So I bet someone forgot to remove the words pre order from the order web page. I paused it a whole bunch. I will totally be grooming Norman now. He was very still. He got LOTS of treats for being "good boy, still". Next time I am going to have my husband help just so it can help me take less time. This is the way to go!!!!

Kristi--Did you use any particular clippers/shears? And did you have to use a special grooming table/harness? I am considering buying this video and wondering what the materials list is going to look like...

My sister got me the scissors (from professional beauty supply) because she owns a salon (for people) lol. But they are a match to what the video showed. I did all scissors. I start by using my metal comb and lespooch brush making sure before i get him wet, he has zero mattes and tangles. Mixed Paul Mitchell whitening shampoo for dogs with nootie sweat pea vanilla shampoo. I LOVE THE SMELL OF THE NOOTIE AND the Paul Mitchell is almost no scent. Then I soak him in conditioner detangler by Johnson and Johnson (for kids) and comb him out again.
He air dries. Then I use comb and lespooch brush and then I followed the scissor directions on video. I PAUSED a lot when I got to face. I kept a treat on my shoulder. Constantly saying "still". He stood and layed down and I just scissored away. (He did get a lot of treats tho). He does stay and still and wait real well that I didn't have to think about the harness. But I think because he has been groomed so much and now he is 2 1/2. Then that helped. Because up until he was at least 18 months. I don't think he would have remained still enough.
