How does their coat change/end up?

Just curious about how people have noted their puppies coat change.  Our new puppies coat is pretty straight.  I'm thinking we got a fluffy golden!  my husband asked if it would stay straight like this or end up different.  I honestly don't know... we didn't really care what type we got/end up with.  It's fun to look at puppy pics over time.  How did your puppy coat look early on and how does it look now?  Kim

Our pup is now 1 year, 8 months and her coat has remained pretty straight. Her face is very smooth and she is wavy on her back. You can check out the pictures on my page showing her throughout her puppyhood.
