I brought her home at seven weeks old (yes, I know, don't fuss at me!). She had two poopy accidents in the house the first two days and hasn't had one since.
She was thirteen weeks on Saturday and hasn't had a pee pee accident in almost three weeks.
We take her out first thing in the morning, last thing at night, anytime we've left her in her crate for more than an hour and right before we play fetch the ball inside. At the MOST, we take her out every two to three hours by OUR choice. (At night, she goes from 11pm to about 6:30 or 7am.)
The rest of the time, she rings the bells to go out. She rings to poo and pee but we can always tell which by how loud she rings them. Pee is a light ringing, poo is hanging from the chandelier, get your butt over here you lazy bums before I take this door down myself.
We are always on the same floor with her or she is crated. I am anxious to see if she will ring the bells if we are not in her sight. We have an open floor plan, so no matter where you are downstairs, you can see all of the kitchen, breakfast area and family room, everything she has access to.
Thoughts from the pros?

It sounds like she is doing very well! We put in a doggie door around that time and that worked really well for us. No more accidents!
She is doing a great job, however she is still a baby and may still have accidents.
Just curious, are you asking so she won't have to be crated? IMO that is not a good idea if so. But I won't carry on until I know. LOL
No. I want her to stay crated as lo
Great, than you are doing a fantastic job...doodles do seem to learn fast.
Gavin went for several weeks without an accident and then one day we were playing with him inside the house and he walked a few steps into the next room and peed on the floor. We were devestated, but it turned out only to be a blip and reminded us that he needed to be taken outside immediately after hard play still :)
Smart pup! It isn't just her though, you have done a great job or she wouldn't be doing so well.
Both of my Doods used the potty bells as puppies, and they would ring them even if we were on a different floor. They haven't used them for over a year now because we have a regular schedule for taking them out (morning, noon, after dinner, before bed) and they just "hold it" until one of those times. What a good girl she is....sounds like she's doing just great.
Sounds like she is potty broken to me. Some pups are just easier to train than others. One thing I might suggest is teaching her to "pee on command". My first doodle was great at this and whenever I took him out and pointed to where I wanted him to do his business and gave the command "Go peepee", he would squat and go even if it was just a few sprinkles. I always did that before we got into the car and I think that was his association.
My Charlie at 5 months is on the train to being house trained, but I still wouldn't consider him 100% reliable. I'll think about that designation when I know he can handle schedule changes without me worrying, and has a complete run of the house when I'm home. Right now he's still restricted to the kitchen and the family room. While I certainly do not worry about every squat anymore, when it gets to be 2-3 hours, I get nervous and take him outside.
Our Duke is 5 1/2 months and after we trained him to ring the bell he hadn't had an accident since up until a few days ago. It was odd, right in the middle of the day and right in front of my husband too. He peed on the comforter that I had pulled off the guest bed a few hours earlier, he's just been recently neutered so not sure if that was a "marking" incident. So I guess I can say he hasn't peed on the carpet since he was trained to ring his bell.
