I just wanted to let everyone know the group has formed for the Holiday Cards 2012 exchange. This is my favorite thing of the Holiday season.  For those of you who do not know, go to the below group and add your name to the list along with your address.  Once the group reaches 50 the discussion is closed and a new group will form. Last year, I got on both groups. We will then get a list of the addresses which you can print out on labels and everyone on the list gets a Doodle card from you. In addition, you receive a Doodle card via mail from everyone on the list. The entire month of December, I loved going to my mailbox to see the newest cards. The cost of cards and stamps is worth every penny, in my opinion.

Thuy, Shutterfly won't let me copy my card, so I will try to find the one from last year and scan it.  This is the one I did for 2010. My first attempt.

For some reason, I can't make this any bigger. Meanwhile, I will try and locate last year's card. I know I used this picture and just dropped it into a Shutterfly holiday card.

Oh I remember seeing this picture last year! Cuties! I remember reading a lot about the Christmas cards but wasn't really sure what was going on. I'll probably use Shutterfly too.

That was sooooo much fun last year!  I don't really get Christmas cards and haven't for years, so to come home every day to more cards in my mailbox - just the excitement of opening and seeing each one had me grinning from ear to ear! I can't wait to get started this year, much to the boyz' annoyance -

Thanks, Laurie! I broke down last week and bought a green screen and really was trying to do some Christmas card pics before I snatch 'em bald for the winter. They were kinda somewhat cooperative. *grin*
