Love it....clearly a lesson for Laurie.  She hasn't been around today....I'm thinking maybe Mom arrived....or maybe she's finishing up that XMAS shopping.  Here's another one....

Jane, Mom arrives Sunday :) I will be drinking heavily by Tuesday....LOL!! Vern will probably join me after he loses his chair. I am WAY behind this year with my shopping. I was baking Christmas cookies today..LOL!

Message to Vern: Wait until you have a full passenger load of slugs, then take a scenic detour and let them visit your chair. Grandma may just choose a different seat this year!

LOL...one good thing about Grandma is she likes coffee and has to get up to get refills. Vern usually makes his move at that time :) I do think slugs would work, too!

LOL  The funny thing is I have never seen him drink a rum and coke at home. It is usually wine. I am telling you a different man than John was on that cruise :)

 My husband sings, "It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas" all year long so I am immune to out of season stuff!  I don't care if it isn't even Thanksgiving, I'll take the cookies.  Feel free to send some to me Ned and Clancy.
