Teddy is 2 years old!

Teddy turned two on November 22 and so he has officially outgrown the puppy group. I just wanted to thank everyone in this group for all your great advice and support! I love reading the discussions and I've posed several questions and received so much helpful advice. I will continue to check the group to see if I can offer any help or advice to new puppy parents.

Teddy is a joy to have in our family. The older he gets, the more we love him. Every night my husband and I sit on the stairs and cuddle Teddy, kiss and hug him, pet him and exclaim over how cute and sweet he is. I have to mention this because when Teddy was younger, my husband loved him but he did not really enjoy having a crazy puppy and there were times when I wondered what we had gotten ourselves into!

Once he turned one, he really got better but now at age two, he is so good that we can't believe our luck. All of our training is finally paying off and we have a dog that gets complimented on his behavior. I am so lucky to have Teddy! Here is a picture of him on his birthday :)

Happy 2nd Birthday, Teddy!  Thank you for posting this, Heather.  Traz is 6 1/2 months old and getting better, thanks to his training, as each day goes by.  We love our big/little guy (he weighs about 41 pounds right now) and he continues to challenge us with his antics.  Just like kids, I know this is just a stage of his development...but I do have to remind myself that he is a puppy in spite of his size.  Enjoy the next stages of his development.  Take care :-)
