Look who's lighting up my life, literally now, not just figuratively.

I wanted to share Sophie and Winston's Christmas presents, ...well, maybe they are more for me than them... I bought these collars and the leash at the local pet expo a while back and they arrived in the mail on Christmas Eve. I'm very happy with them and feel much better about walking them at night with these and taking them to off leash areas that aren't well lit. Can't wait to show them off at the park!

I smell a business opportunity ... wish I was an entrepreneur! You should have seen the booth at the pet expo, these things were selling fast. They are such a great idea, I can't imagine why nobody thought of this until now.

Karen, they will be available for purchase on amazon as of January 1. Not sure about pricing though, I guess you'll have to wait and see. It seems there might be lots of affordable options out there though.

Love them,I am going to go and look right now. Do you change them out for regular walking during the day or do they shut off....maybe I get just the leash.

You can turn them on and off. The button is a bit bulky but it doesn't seem to bother them. There are three settings, slow flash, a quick flash and the regular one where it just stays on. Since I don't feel like switching their tags I just put the Nite Collar on loosely and kept their regular collars on. It didn't bother them at all. I attatch their leashes on their easy walk harness. The company also makes harnesses that light up, but I can't live without my easy walk and the coupler.

Personally I would have been fine with just the collars, but I wanted the matching yellow leash :o)

I love the LED collars and leashes.  I ordered them for my 3 boys from YALLSTORE on EBAY they were about $5.50 with free shipping.  We use them at the dog park so we can stay a little after dark.  The other night we got to the park and eveyone had LED collars on.  It was like Christmas lights running around.  The best was when they all starting chasing one another.

Love them! Lucie has a similar LED light up pink collar, and it is awesome since she walks off leash morning and night this time of year. Definitely an added peace of mind knowing she can easily be seen.
