Trouble with comments?...Respond here!

Several of you have complained in various discussions about having trouble with adding comments.

Can you each please respond here individually?

--- Describe the problem in detail

--- What browsers have you used when this problem occurred

--- Can you tell if the page had fully loaded or if it was still loading when it occurred?

Thanks!  I know there are some system problems that are getting fixed currently.  May or may not be related.

I have not seen this at all on Firefox. When I try to upload pictures a new tab opens with some text. The original tab has the upload box endlessly uploading. Do ask if there are any things we can clarify.

I am seeing this message too Joanne. Plus I never see any of the advertisements on DK that used to be there. Are they still showing for you?

I am getting this message all the time ONLY on DK. I use Mozilla Firefox. This is a fairly new message for me.

I'm having trouble loading photos.  Basically I can't.  I keep getting an error message -- there was an error with your photos.  I tried reducing the size.  Same error message.  I went to my page  to look at "all photos" and some of my photos, that were there, are no longer showing up.  Just the title and a box with a ?.  I use Safari.  I've never had this problem before.  It's always bee a dream to use.  What's up? Any ideas?

I have tried about 10 times to post pictures into a blog and it continues to say "download failed" or something similar and does not work. This has not happened to me before in a blog. I am using Firefox.

These problems with pictures and comments have continued for at least three weeks or maybe longer. I think Ning needs new engineers. I think the comment problem coincides with the time I had to click in the reply box before typing when in the past, except for PM, I could just go ahead and type. The jumping and posting of nothing, (with a period appearing in the next blank line) continue to be frequent problems. I never get the failed box with downloads but perhaps I don't wait long enough although I think the attempt would just continue forever. I do get a new tab saying something in gibberish.

Does this have anything to do with the blurb about needing additional plugins to display, yet, when you click on it,  there are not additional plugins available?????

Just an update. Still can't upload photos directly into a discussion. Comments chopped off regularly!!
