HELP NEEDED in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Surrounding Areas

This girl has been listed all week.  Is there anyone in this area that would like to save this doodle? 

Earlier this week I made a few calls but so far, I have come up with no fosters or adopters.

If you see this post--pass it on. Right away.  There is not much time.  

Marta, is listed as an Old English Sheepdog, medium size.  Well, we can see she is not anything like an OES

If you can train this dog with me ( meet me on a highway half way), I'll take her in to foster. Anyone else in the area that would like to save this dog???   Someone has to be in this area that is available!

Any other ideas??

Oh she is cute. But what do you know about her? HOw on earth could they say OES. Sorry I'm nowhere near there.

I know nothing about her. Do we ever know anything about a dog who shows up in a county shelter? Just know, no one has liked her on FB ( usually a good sign), she is still listed, and she is certainly not an OES.  This is a doodle

Wouldn't Petfinder do better by her to call her what she is, a doodle, rather than an OES? Just saying.

I did write the shelter today.  Petfinder.com is not in control of the description of the dog. They only post the information the shelter gives them.

Joanne, I just called on her, because I was willing to go pull her for you. The adoption specialist told me she has an approved application and will be going home with them. I left my name and number in case it fell through.

I feel so much better. For some reason, this girl has been on my mind all week.  I don't care who or where she goes as long as it is not....  You get what I mean.  So happy someone has applied to get here out of this county shelter.

I would have loved to meet you on the PA highway :(   Too bad I have been so busy or I would have posted her earlier.  It would have been an easy and straight drive to you.  Maybe another time.
