Is all that snow in the picture in New Orleans? We haven't gotten that much in NJ yet.

my husband was in welsh ( close to lake charles) for 2 years because of work...i visited several times, and NEVER in my life would i have ever thought there would be that much snow there!! i saw it on the news tonight we were laughing!! i bet you are having fun...too bad it didn't happen 2 weeks from now, you would have had a white christmas!!

I was so jealous of all the pictures of the doods in the snow. My son is in school at Purdue.
I was going to drive up there just so Murphy could see snow.

BTW, the best time to visit New Orleans is the Spring. April. Summer heat is awful.

I haven't been to Canada yet, but my son has put it on my list of places I have to visit. (I'm a geologist and he always gets rocks for me whenever he travels.)

Naw...not jinxed. It was a wonderful Christmas surprise. And now we don't feel quite so left out when you talk of snow :)

It was so fun. All the kids were out of school.
Murphy was ..um...scared at first. He was not going out in whatever that stuff was in his backyard.
So, I threw the tennis ball and that was all he was focused on....and he was in the middle of all that snow...sticking his face in to find the tennis ball..
After that he was his normal wild self.
