Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
As many of you know, in past years, Doodle Rescue Collective has typically presented our year in review, "Home 4 the Holidays", happy tales slideshow between the week of Christmas and New Years.
But this year we thought we'd try something a little different and appreciate your patience with us while we were putting this all together.
As we begin 2013, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your friendship, your dedication to these dogs and to our cause, for your unwavering support and generosity of spirit, and for continuing to be a tremendous part of our doodle rescue family.
We couldn't do what we do without all of you.
Without further adieu, please enjoy our "DRC 2012 Happy Tales" slideshow!

OMD, Jacquie....this was worth the wait! It's such a perfect reminder of the amazing work you and DRC are doing to save our precious Doodles. I had forgotten about Kody and the "Sister Wives"....that is my favorite DRC "story"!
Jacquie this was so beautifully done. The music was perfect, the timing....such a fantastic show.
One thing that this does is shows not only wonderful doodles that have been rescued but it also showed so wonderfully, how very happy their new families are as well.
Tears of joy and hope are flowing. You and all of DRC are Angels.
So happy for all these dogs and what a beautiful slideshow, but oh my gosh.....Obi and Oscar....that picture makes me so sad. I can't believe how bad they looked. Where did they come from?
Thankful for DRC and all the wonderful families that adopted!!!!
DRC volunteers pulled Obi and Oscar from a kill shelter in TN. It is believed they were victims of an extreme neglect situation. They were found just dumped out in the country near a highway by a county sheriff. Here's part of their story, including a news video about them: http://doodlerescue.org/forum/topics/meet-oscar-and-obi-newest-dood...
Thanks Karen. Breaks my heart. I hope they found or are still in the process of finding those awful people.
So gorgeous! Thanks for sharing. Makes me feel so much better.
I think "Zeke" is the reason I wanted to keep Baxter because he reminded me so much of him!
Happy happy!
Great pictures. Thank you so much for sharing and fostering!!
Here are pictures of the beautiful Obie as he looks now. One of our own awesome foster moms for the DRC could not give him up so now she has 3 doodles!
Beautiful Obie! So pretty! :)
I don't know that I would be able to give Obie up either.
