Digital Scrap booking

I am very interested in digital scrap booking, I tried really hard, to search it in the search box to see how others do it, can someone tell me how to get started?

Hi Jennifer.  I know that there are online digital sites, but don't know the names.  I found this link http://scrapbooking-software-review.toptenreviews.com/  I use creative memories software and really like it (I'm not a consultant, just love the products).  Try googling digital scrapbooking software and you should come up with some free downloads.  I scrapbook both on paper and digitally.  I haven't had a chance to scrap any of Pippin's pictures yet though.

I just started a scrapbook of Bailey's first year just using either Walgreens or Walmart at first..just to get the hang of things.  There also is a site called Heritage Makers that is really cool.  I made a Happy 100 Years for my grandmother.  It was a lot of fun.

 

I do have to say I like to use paper better to scrapbook.  I like all the "stuff" on my pages....

Me tooo Elizabeth, although it takes a lot longer but I just like the results better and feel more a part of the page.  Besides I have toooooo many "purchases" I don't want to go to waste:)

I do both online and traditional scrapbooking. I have soooooo many photos to get transferred I've started doing all my recent ones online, it's fast and easy and I get inspiration for traditional layouts. The Studio J program is a lot of fun. You choose your layout then have fun embellishing it. On some pages I've added real embellishments after the fact for a more 3D effect.

Wow, that sounds like a plan.  I never thought of doing that only because I have so many supplies I don't want to waste them.  I will check that out!
