And it starts...
Our Abby who just turned 3 months old, is getting so big - and so tall! Her paws now reach the edge of the table, so that nose is checking things out all the time. We don't eat at our dining room table (we eat in the kitchen) so the dining table has been the safe haven for our 2 cats. Not for much longer, I can guarantee that. Well, last evening we were all distracted doing this and that and not paying any attention to what Abby was doing. BIG MISTAKE!! She had gotten her nose up on the computer desk and grabbed my daughters MP3 player. She no longer has ear phones for it. It's not like he doesn't have everything I could find for her to chew on - pigs ears - cow hoofs - kongs - her stuffed squeeky toys - she has a toy basket and it's full!!
So at 3 months, the teething begins! How long will this last? :-/

Too funny!! That's the "smart" in the breed!! We are so proud at how smart these guys are - then sit and complain when they figure things out for themselves - just can't please us now can they??!! hee hee
My puppy is 5 months and loves to chew bully sticks and sterilized bones stuff with a variety of stuff. Tonight I got a package from Zappos that had a round piece of cardboard with no staples in it. I let Sadie chew on it for a few minutes. I noticed that where she had been chewing was bloodly. I looked in her mouth and she has all her teeth and her gums seem fine. Is this normal while dogs teeth and chew? Thanks.
