Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

I am the proud new puppy mama to a F1b miniature goldendoodle born 4-23! I have named her Murphy and will be able to bring her home 6-26. The breeder has been great about sending pictures and it has been exciting to get weekly updates. I'm wondering, will her nose change from brown to black? This picture I have attached is Murphy at 2 weeks old.

It shouldn't if anything it will go a rose color.

Maybe! My Doodle is cream/apricot and her nose was black until she was about 6 months and in the winter her nose started turning almost a pinkish brown color. I checked on that and heard it was called "snow nose". Evidently, this is kind of a normal thing that happens to dogs in the winter months. It is now May, and her nose is darkening up some, but it's more of a chocolate color but is lighter right in the middle. It's cute! It's crazy all the little things that happen with Doodles...hair color change, texture change, nose color change, etc.

What a precious little pudge!  She is adorable. She just wants to be stylish and color coordinated! :)

What a cutie!  Congratulations!  I don't have experience with brown noses pups, but my f1 labradoodle had a black nose as a puppy, which turned pink after a year.
