How do you get mud out of a doodles coat and paws?
Wiping them doesn't seem to get them really clean.

I know exactly what you mean as we are having the exact same problem. Short of drenching her feet in the sink, we have found there is no easy solution. I'll be anxious to hear what others have to say.

your best bet is going to be a good bath.

Put them in the tub and wash their feet!!

That's what we do with Guinness.  Unfortunately our tub is upstairs....not a problem with Guinness because we can carry him.  Murph is tough because we can't carry him....I just do my best outside with buckets of water.  Also in a real "emergency" our Daycare has a self service "dog wash" which is great.

The Paw Plunger works wonders.

If it is just the paws, nothing beats the paw plunger, so simple and quick.  We keep it handy by the door at all times.

LOVE the paw plunger!!!  I picked one up after it appeared on a past DK discussion. It is magical! I feel like I'm in an infomercial every time we use it :)

Looks brilliant. Can you do back feet too?

Let them dry, then brush it off.  They won't be 'clean' CLEAN but it won't be noticeable.

I'm having the same problem here.  I do one of two things. If it's just paws I use baby wipes while they sit on the door mat. If it's worse I either bring them into the shower and with the hand held I wash the legs using proper shampoo.  Otherwise I put them in their crates, wait for it to dry properly and brush it out until it's completely gone. Amazingly when the mud is bone dry it does come out clean.

Thanks to all on the mud issue problem with our doodle.
