Why Am I Getting These Ads All the Time? I Want Answers!!

Supposedly, we get ads that a search engine has decided we need. If that is true, WHY am I always getting this ad on DK??

I have had it!! I do Burpees and I have never once squeezed my stomach or looked up how to do it. Why is this woman harassing me on DK??

Now, I ask you....do I need this tip?

P.S. Only nice people with nice answers need respond. No fat jokes!

I think you are meant to read "Bam Boo" as "Bamboo". Big Bamboo.

I can post a picture of that but I'd prefer to leave it to your imagination. Or you could google "big bamboo". Quite enlightening. It really does grow quite large.
