Most of it will fall out when they dry. Then the rest can be blown out.
That's a great idea, Nancy, but it doesn't work when we get home in the late afternoon. They get bathed and then the sand is falling off all over the house. :o( Leaving them outside doesn't work because Owen chases lizards all over the yard and comes in with red dirt in his paws. Which is worse, sand or red dirt? BOTH! EEEEK
Thanks. I clipped Kona on Friday so his fur is super short. Owen will be next. Owen is the roller.... he is obnoxious as he flops over and rubs himself all over in the sand. sigh. Still looking for the blower.
Found another option!

You are so cute to help me, Kimberly!!! I went to two different stores looking for Show Sheen or The Stuff (both have silicone). No luck yet. I have't found my blow dryer either. I have the exact one you posted but it's in a box someplace. :)
Haha! Thanks! I feel ya. I think I will get the vacuum attachment for my boys as they track in more sand than Chopper does. /:)
I have never been able to find The Stuff in a store. I order it on www.petedge.com
Thank you, Michael. I ordered Show Sheen through Amazon, but accidentally had it sent to my old address! They make it so easy with that 1 click business. My DH is traveling back on Monday and will pick it up for me. I can't wait to try it. I found the blow dryer and saw very little improvement in the sand situation. :(
This is my floor after shampoo, blow dry and one little shake by one big doodle.
As lovely as those floors are I might go with a blonde wood. :D
