FitBark - tiny wireless tracker for dogs

I've been thinking of getting the one of the trackers for humans but this could be more fun!

Is this something you would get?  They are raising money through kickstarter so who knows when and if it will be available?  They are saying December 2013.

We use the Tagg Tracker thru iPhone. It is actually a GPS that texts or emails you if your dog gets out of a designated area you set on a map on your phone or computer. It has an activity function that shows you his activity level thru the day. It is kinda fun to see how much he sleeps and plays. We use it mainly to make sure he doesn't wander ff when we are outside. He can be pretty sneaky when our head is turned.

Since I've been home the past 3 weeks, I can tell you what my dogs' activities would be during the day....sleep, sleep, and more sleep.

I would not get this. A GPS would have a lot more utility forme I think. My dogs are crated when I'm not home and when I am home I know what they are doing.
