First, poor Luca suffered a broken tail and eventually had to have part of it surgically removed as the result of a visit to the groomer. :(

Then I saw this story & video about a groomer beating and abusing dogs she was being paid to groom:

Now, the worst story yet: A dog who died after being thrown against a wall by a groomer at the vet's office!!!!

I'm afraid to leave JD anywhere at this point.

What I can't figure out is why anyone who could do things like this to a helpless dog chose a profession where they spend their days working with dogs.

Great idea! Now all we have to do is arrange for a limo to come pick us up!

It would be easier for me to groom a llama in my shower than to drive into the Loop, lol.

I was getting ready to post that I didn't think you'd ever drive into the Loop.  But the limo is a good idea.  Then you can have some wine!

Geez, I was just trying to be helpful.  I thought maybe her daughter would drive or something.  Although if you want a dog-friendly limo, actually I could probably arrange that as well. :)

Ah, Jay, if only I were 30 years younger. :)

Oh please.  I've saw those pictures of you working out.  I know you have it in you to do anything you put your mind to.

:)

BTW, I am chuckling at the thought of you bathing a llama in your shower.  I'm trying to figure out if it would have one hump or two.

Sorry to ruin your fantasies but llamas do not have humps.

Oh.  Maybe that's why I couldn't figure it out.

: )

LOL, I didn't even know llamas had humps!

They don't, see above.
