Adverse reaction to HeartGard or Vectra 3D?
Has anyone had any issues with these? This is the second month in a row that I've given them to Bob and he has thrown up in the middle of the night, 9-12 hours after receiving the medication. He seems lethargic this morning as well.
I'm thinking of switching the K9 Advantix II and Sentinel. They both seem to cover the same, if not more, when I look at them on a comparison chart.
Any thoughts?

Do you give both on the same day? It is a good idea to split them up so you will know which is the problem. I have never heard of a problem with the heartgard, it is most likely the vectra D.

Agree! And please try and spread them out. Best if you space. For example one on the 1st of the month, the other on the 15th

That happened to Lola as a puppy so the vet suggested giving her an antacid with the HeartGard. One she got a little older, she didn't have any more issues
