seat belt

Any recommendations on seat belts??  I was looking into the Kurgo.....any thoughts or suggestions....thanks ;)

I also am shopping for a harness / car restraint combo. I like my friends ezydog set up. I thought I was sold on it. I love that the chest plate molds to the dogs shape. It's nice quality. But, it does not have a front clip, which I heard was beneficial for 'no pull' training.
Now I'm also considering the Kurgo which has a front clip on the harness. Both harness come with a car restraint. I suppose you could find whatever harness you like and add the car restraint attachment, but these harness' seem quite nice in comparison to other walking harness'. I definitely want a restraint that can act as a walking harness too.
I think I will see how my soon to be new puppy does with training on a collar. If he/she doesn't pull, I might go for the ezydog since I also love their leases that match. Otherwise I'll go for the Kurgo.
In the meantime I guess I'll have use the crate in the car since until he grows big enough for a harness?

For what it's worth, the harness we use in the car has a D ring on the back that hooks onto a seat belt attachment. The harness we use for walking (the ez walk) has the (much smaller) D ring on the chest. I'm not sure the D ring on the back will help control pulling.,in fact, I think I read somewhere on here that having it on the back actually encourages pulling. Something to keep in mind.

I didn't think I needed one but after taking Bentley in the car to go for a play date I realized that he was all over the place and I was scared of him getting hurt. I found myself not paying attention to the road because he was all over the place. I googled it wondering if they even made one and found a ton. Who would have known...lol

We use the Tru Fit harness, very similar to the one in Robin's link below.  Be sure and carefully read the cars the harness will work with.  Most now work with any cars but some will specifically exclude Volvos.  Since we have a Volvo that was  a deal breaker with a few.

Sleepypod's Clickit Utility Harness  seems far better than most I have looked at and the measurements work (our girl seems to fall on borderline of most measurements).

On a side note - I'm proud of Subaru and this adds a cherry on top...  

Meanwhile we use a crate in the car and I mean it, we even took a tape measure car shopping for a truck to make sure that the crate fits in back seat area!
