Everyone comments at how Cocoa likes to rest. I've never known another dog who rested with her hind legs like this- is this a doodle or poodle thing?

Kona used to lay like this all the time when he was a puppy. We always called it his "frog leg" pose! Since he's grown up, he never does it anymore and I miss it.
