Help! Recommend Feeding for Puppy on Acana Grasslands?

I'm getting REALLY confused with how to properly feed my 6-month pup Acana Grasslands, since it's an all-life stage kibble. Can someone help me out? I just want to make sure I'm not overfeeding him. He is 30lbs now. I've included the website for Acana and also pictures of the packaging I have here at home. He is a pretty active dog (does swim lessons, daycare, dog park, etc).

I'd try 2.5 cups per day and see how he does with that.
