Wang Dang Doodle and Good All in one Player

I was just on an outing to banish the cabin fever. Drove about 20 minutes to an outdoor mall, finally found a parking space and then we walked maybe 10 minutes. Too cold, about 27 although it was minus 1 when I went to bed last night. And it was windy! But on the way home I was listening to the blues. How good. I heard Wang Dang doodle and that immediately cheered me up. And made me think of DK.

And inspired me to play more music. Sadly I hardly ever listen to music at home although I love many kinds of music. The receiver, CD and casette player are ancient, I can hardly get the station I was playing in the car so I could use a new one. Hopefully compact and wonderful. Any recommendations?

It depends on how compact you want the unit. I have a Bose Wave radio that comes with a CD payer that has a fantastic sound and you can purchase a multiple CD changer with it if you like.
