Have question about Lola's nose..

It seems her nose is turning pink? Its been black for the 2 weeks shes been home, I noticed a week ago there was pink on the top of her nose but thought it was my lipstick from kissing her! But now Ive noticed that its getting pinker...is this normal? Because of bitter cold and blizzard here and being under State of Emergency..her first vets appointment was changed til this Thursday...just curious

Loss of pigmentation...nose turning black/brown to pink is called snow or winter nose. Nothing to be concerned about.

Luna's goes back to almost black for a few months in the Summer, but it lightens as the weather gets colder (and it's cold 6 months of the year here).  

Her nose basically gets rose-coloured by the end of December then by June or so it's dark brown.  Spring/Fall it's a medium brown.

I think my Lola may end up looking like your Luna!! Sooo pretty! Even with her winter/summer nose!

Right now it seems to be turning pinker day by day...but have learned from DK that its temporary!

Our Golden's nose use to turn brown during the winter months, when we lived in Texas. It always turned back to black when it got warmer.
