I especially love your addition of the crescent moon....perfect with this image. Would you mind sharing the original?

I love it!

Where are you finding the amazing photos? I just want to think about how to highlight all the contrast in that shed and the fence....I'll get back to you on the morning.
Oh and that sky is wonderful.
No the fence is great.

So beautiful....

Yes, that's pretty much it.  I used Viveza and increased the structure and the contrast on the building itself but your method works pretty much the same.  I also darkened up the fence posts a tiny bit more,  I love fences!  Nice job.

You know I keep looking back at the original and I'm wondering what it would look like if you masked off more of the texture in the grass to really bring out the fences....the black one and the white one.  I like those fences a lot.  Those lines go so well with the distinct lines of the building.  Want to try it just to see?

It's kind of a habit for me to do the editing first, but it seems to me that I've been able to add a lens flare if I flatten all the layers first.  Did you try that?

Yes, you have to be sure before you flatten that you've done all the changes to layers that you want.  Then you flatten, add a new layer, and then add the flare.  You do lose the ability to go back to the layers you worked on before flattening, so you just have to be sure you're finished with them.

Sandy, I think this is beautiful.  Barn has lots of character! It's taking on a tapestry or maybe I should say needlepoint effect and I really like the sky. Interested to see what happens if you unmask the fence.

Beautiful, Sandy!
