But not in this way. It seems that your own body could be used to heal which would make cures more available to more people perhaps?

Maybe. Our bodies do a huge amount of healing every day. But using our own stem cells would be great progress.

I think there is a lot of hope especially with people with spinal defects (me) or injuries. I talked to my rehab doctor about this. Probably too late to benefit me but love the idea.
