Poor Max is being neutered tomorrow.

So Max goes in tomorrow morning to be neutered, well I guess it's actually today looking at the time. I am really nervous. I've never been nervous with any of my animals in the past, but Max had a bad reaction to his vaccinations, I know that's totally unrelated to the neuter but I guess it just has me really worried. :(

I was a nervous wreck the day Enzo went in. Our vet called me after the blood panel was run and again after the surgery. I couldn't wait to go pick her up.
Try and keep yourself busy to help keep your mind off of things....or a good bottle of wine ;)

Thank you Ro, I'm going to cook a roast and try starting to sort out my oldest daughter's room (she moved out not too long ago but left a LOT of stuff) I want to turn it into my computer room eventually so I guess that should keep me busy. That's how I feel already, like a nervous wreck and he's not even gone! My DH says I'm being ridiculous.

Bonnie it's true, he's totally captured my heart in a way that no other animal I've had has. I know you're right, it's just so hard not to worry.

Chance came through this surgery just fine--didn't even have to wear the cone.  Max will be okay-hugs for both of you.

Skeet was almost 2 years old when we rescued him. I was so worried about his neuter but he acted like it was no big deal. Take a breath. He should be fine. Hugs your way.

I hope all goes well today.  Bodi was neutered at age 2 (he's adopted).  I was a worried momma, but he did great.  After the surgery he became such a lap dog!! Thank goodness he is a mini!
