Polar Vortex Proof!!

Years ago, I made Charlie a pink coat. Since I was off from work due to Polar Vortex, I traced her coat and made Pinot Grigio a coat!

LOL!!! My thought was that his neck and head gets cold, but I don't think he likes his ears tucked into the cowl thing....
