My poor little Ruepunzel is nothing short of a Princess when it comes to prancing around. We've tried a couple different things for the snow on the ground. Now, it seems never ending.

What are the best brands of boots for dogs that you have bought? We've tried a couple and they aren't working out. They wont stay on her feet. I'm going to have to resort to online ordering as all the pet stores around town are sold out and there is MORE snow in the forecast.

Please help!! Thanks!!

Ultra Paws, Snow & Go or Traction Boots. They actually stay on in deep snow!  They have foam squares sewn into them that grip onto hair.   Beware of any "rugged" or "durable" boots. They can be too stiff.  http://www.ultrapaws.com/Dog-Boots/products/1024/   I never trust sizing, I get a larger sized than they suggest. It's best if you can try on first.

I use muttluks! We have used them all winter and they never fall off Lily. She loves them too! She comes over to me and lifts her paws when we get ready to go out to play. She is quite a diva, ha!

Awe, that is so precious! My co-workers think I'm crazy for putting boots on my dog and treating her like such a princess, but hey, she's my baby! :)

The fleece lined muttluks also do good in deep snow. However, sizing is always an issue. Lily was between sizes so I got the larger size. They were perfect. They stay tightly on her since she has very thick leg fur. My neighbor got a different brand and she got a larger size. Her dog has very short hair and snow actually gets in the boots. The poor dog would probably be better off with no boots at all!

It's muttluks for us. I used to have a problem with snow getting around the velcro and it would come undone but I solved that by going over the velcro with duct tape. Black to match the boots of course. :>) Problem solved. We've had the same pair for three years now and they are holding up fine.

Haley wears muttluks while playing fetch and they stay on.

Ohhh this is the cutest picture ever! :) Thanks for sharing.

Is that a snow suit?

Yes it is a neopaws rain/snow suit.

Do they come in pink? ;)

Thank you Michelle.

The snow & go are better for outdoors. Snow will tend to stick to the fleece of the Traction boots, but they are stretchier and can fit better.

Those Muttluks look pretty good but they are expensive. Maybe they last longer?
