Gibbs first haircut

Wanted to share pictures of Gibbs after his first haircut. I have to say I am very relieved and pleased with his haircut. I haven't seen him in person yet, husband picked him up and sent these pictures. I have to say a huge thank you to Enzo's mom for posting your grooming guide. We took your grooming guide to the groomer and she was very appreciative of the guide. She had groomed Labradoodles before, but I know people have heard that before and were sadly disappointed when they picked up their pup. So....my chocolate doodle is a milk chocolate this afternoon.

Adorable!! Grooming is an area that can really go wrong, as we have seen here. I am happy for you that Gibbs looks so cute! I sent a picture of Josie after her first haircut to my husband right away. He couldn't wait to see her in person! We are so funny, aren't we? Here is a picture of our princess after a recent grooming (I snipped her bangs a little afterwards, but otherwise, we are VERY lucky that our groomer listens to us and has Doodle experience!)

That's a very nice picture of your doggie. I can't wait to get home tonight and check him out LOL. I was very surprised the groomer said that he was very well behaved, I was shocked. He can be some what of a wiggle worm and when he is tired of his hair being brushed he's just done with you.

I think they are like kids. They save their bad behavior for their parents. I get the same report from the groomer. Shocks me each time.

 He is one of my favorite doods so I was especially curious about his grooming results. Gibbs doodle looks absolutely awesome.
