I am in WV right now there are 3 cute beagles runing around on the moutain side they can't get across the creek they look young and skinny I asked my friend who lives here to keep an eye on them. There is also a raged mutt who is shy and won't let anyone catch her and a lab who belongs to somone I hope somone caught it also.

I feel so sorry for dogs who are homeless right now. With the cold weather, it is deplorable to think of them sleeping outside and scrounging for any bits of food. It breaks my heart. It is so important to get all pets neutered or spayed so that there are not more of these poor pups out trying to make it on their own (or find a willing heart who will help them).
