Breeder Puppy Pics

Hi friends! I've been lurking around for awhile and soaking in all of the great knowledge. Everyone on DK is AMAZING. Can't wait to finally share my updates once my puppy arrives. Our puppy was born Jan 24th and we get to take him home the last week in March.

I was wondering how often your breeder updated you with pictures of your puppy?

Our breeder is so nice and responsive but I feel like a pest asking her for more pictures. So far she has only posted one group shot. She said she was going to post individual pictures this weekend but didn't get around to it. She's torturing me! I literally reload the page every 10 minutes hoping for more pictures. I'm just so excited for our little guy to come home.

LOL....Stalk away!  Like I said, I'm betting she is very use to it!  It's the people who don't ask the questions and show interest that use to worry me!

Thanks Ro! So wonderful to get an inside perspective. My breeder seems like a very nice person. She is very sweet and friendly and is very obviously smitten by her own puppies which is nice to see. It's very reassuring. I did a lot of research before choosing a breeder because I wanted to be sure she was ethical and had a good reputation.

I must had viewed my breeders website a thousand times to get a glimpse of what my puupy would look like, what my puupy did look like! I totally get that! After I chose my puppy , she updated me with pictures a few times! Congratulations and the little pups look very cute !

We are getting our puppy March 15th and I LIVE for those pictures. We have been lucky in that our breeder emails us new ones every week with a little update about how they are doing and what is new with their development. I have the pics on my phone and I look at them over and over everyday. My husband thinks I am a psycho lol! We actually went and visited on saturday and now that I have held the puppies it is even harder!!!! We don't know which one is ours yet, we are going the temperament testing route, so I just held and kissed each one!

You are not alone! hah I did that too...on her facebook page, on the website, AND reloaded my email CONSTANTLY! The fact is that there are never enough pictures sent! I even considered offering to come and take new pictures for her at one point lol (you go a little crazy waiting for a puppy...) LOVE those red puppies!
