Mini Doodle or Toy Doodle?

Hello, we have what we were told is toy or mini doodle (golden retriever & toy poodle mix) yet I've been searching for others who look like our sweet Butters. She has no poodle look to her at all, in fact, she looks almost 100% golden retriever (and sure sheds like one!) but she has 6" legs. Many think she's mixed with a corgi but the person we got her from says she was from a doodle breeder in the San Antonio, TX area. If any of you have a "mini" or "toy" doodle that looks like our girl, I'd love to see pictures.

I hate to say this but our Mattie is now 12 and looked just like yours at that age..I never saw any poodle in her except when she was wet and would curl up............................she sheds like crazy and is a love and smart as a whip but somehow I wonder if she was a GD. We now have a 10wk old male LD mini and his hair clearly has curl and yet some retriever so iam not sure one will ever know.......................Our matties look changed for a whole 2 yrs after we got her at 10 wks ....we never really knew when to stop wondering! lol..........and she isn't thrilled with the new addition either!.....looking rather annoyed most of the time.......sigh........but yours looks just like she did!.......don't know if that helps.......she came from Ohio......

Thanks for sharing. We love our little girl. She's only about 22lbs but she has no idea her size...she surely bosses her two brothers around and "scolds" them when she feels they are misbehaving.

Well Luna is a "mini" (her dad was a mini poodle) - but she's definitely not that small! She's about 38 pounds and knee height with looooong poodle legs.

Butters is adorable!
