It's canine Yoda and he needs a home.  From my friend and neighbor (in northern NJ):

"This little guy is available for adoption and looking for his furever home! We are fostering him. He is sweet and a well-trained little guy. Quiet and great with all dogs, people and kids. He is about 5 years old. He was rescued from a busy intersection in Puerto Rico by the fantastic group that rescued our dog who we adopted last year.
