On Monday morning we went to pick up our baby boy, Omar and have been enjoying him every moment since then!
He is adjusting just fine to his new home. He seems so happy, and he is really playful. He also loves to nap on the couch, lying on his back and showing off his belly.
We had friends over with little kids last night, and he was so good with them. He was running after one of the little boys and playing with him and having a great time.
We are actually surprised to see how quickly he has adapted to his new environment. We couldn't have gotten a better puppy. Our only little problem is his sharp little piranha teeth. He doesn't know how to control his bite yet and we correct him every time. I'm hoping he'll get it soon.

Omg, what a little chocolate drop. We just got Jedi last Saturday, and outside of mopping up puddles and other accidents, he's a joy as well. Enjoy this time with your new best friend :)
Oh yeah, I have been mopping up some accidents too! Enjoy your Jedi! Great name by the way and he is TOO CUTE!!! :)
Way too cute! Puppy teeth, dratted things, my vet yelps real high pitched the minute a pup puts it's mouth on her, pup backs off immediately...apparently it is how pups let each other know they play too hard. Have a great time with Omar, will be waiting for more pictures as he grows up.
Thank you! As for the biting, I have yelped and that does make him stop but then he'll do it again later. Consistency is key I suppose!
I love him!!!!! Good luck - seems he's a smart and adorable little boy!
He is very smart! He already knows his name and is getting the hang of housetraining already. I'm so proud of the little guy.
HE is precious...and looks like trouble :)
Omar is so adorable! Love the way he is looking at you from under all that gorgeous hair :)
We had trouble with Elsa's biting and nipping too. Now she doesn't try it with me or my husband but she still tries that behavior with my daughter. So we're trying to train our daughter to yelp! LOL!
Thanks for the tip! How old is Elsa? She's beautiful!
What a little cutie! Good luck with him. And patience!
