Jarka's "artwork"

I finally had a chance to get back to finishing a painting of Monty's girlfriend Andie and her brother Blue. They moved to Arizona last summer and I wanted to create a nice gift for their family.

I'm still trying to find my own style since this is just a second digital painting I've done. With this one, I had to combine two separate pictures of the dogs into one and I used the help of TopazLabs Simplify 4. I just ordered a 16x20 canvas (that's why the edges are so large) and it will be shipped directly to Arizona, so I hope it looks okay.

You did such a wonderful job on this. I have such a tough time with the fur brushes, but you clearly have that mastered.

Thanks, Jane. I do have a hard time with the fur brushes as well. Especially with short haired dogs. I think it might be time for a Google hangout refresher with Linda.

As opposed to my first paining of Ranger (I should add it in here), I used Topaz Simplify with this painting.
