In-glass doggie door?

Does anyone out here have an in-glass doggie door installed on their sliding patio door? If so, how do you like it? Can you actually slide the door open all the way? I'm trying to decide on a doggie door for our backyard sliding patio door. I know there are panels you can insert in the door, but since our boys are pretty big, the panel would have to be big not leaving us much room to walk through the door. Thanks!

It seems like the one pictured would slide all the way open. We have the inserted panel one but haven't used it in two years. We have the largest size but Milo can't squeeze through it..

This is what we have also.  Oddly our son's 120 pound Doberman was able to use it. I don't know how, but he did.
