Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Okay, our puppy arrives home next month and I have been staying clear of the food group lately as it is raising my worry level over food and tummy issues. So, I thought, there surely are folks out there with a positive experience? Raise your paws and respond here if your puppy has never had long-term tummy issues, and tell me if you have a goldendoodle or a labradoodle. Also, which food do they eat? Just looking for some reassurance - thank you!

Thank you, Christy! We are in adolescence right now so I am going through quite the mixture of "angel puppy' moments and "you're not the boss of me" moments haha Regardless, she is an absolute joy.
Good to know I'm not alone in the Skeleton Doodle Club!
What an adorable picture! I'm cracking up at this conversation, because I've basically been having the same one with myself today. Eloise got her "summer do" yesterday at the groomers (which is way too short right now, I miss my fluffball) and she looks ridiculously skinny! So I've been enviously thinking, why can't a haircut do that for me?!? Lol. With all that fluff gone, she looks like she lost 10 lbs!
Yes! If a haircut made me lose 10 lbs., I'd be ecstatic =)
That is literally what I tell everyone who is surprised about her weight haha I tell them that I wish a haircut and a little water could work wonders with my physique like it does to hers lol
I cannot believe Enzo will turn down steak! My mom always free fed our dogs, and I free fed my dogs until I had to feed two different foods for medical issues. I was in the routine of timed feedings with Maggie, and will pick up with that with this puppy. Free feeding was easier...until I had children to knock into the bowls, etc. Wondering if a small puppy needs the slo-bowl or if that is something for when they are older?
