I am very frustrated I brought her a bed last week. She did had a bed by a breeder when she was about between 10 to 12 weeks old. I had her when she was 12 weeks old. I decided to get her a bed. She is almost 6 mos old and she did pee on her bed 5 times in a row and I washed it right after that then I tried again the next day and she did it again. I am glad I didn't buy an expensive bed. She liked it then she pee. I don't get it. Is it cuz it's a cheap bed or what??? Please help

She sleep in her crate with blanket and one soft toy. No problem

Where do you keep her bed?
How often do you take her out to go potty?
Have you checked to see if she has a urinary tract infection?  You would just have to take a sample of her urine to the vet.

Her crate is in the sunroom with my birds. The bed was in the family room. She only do her dog bed. In her crate there is a blanket and soft toy. No problem

Was the bed previously used, or purchased unwrapped from a warehouse store? It almost sounds like it might have the scent of another animal's urine on it. Plain washing won't eliminate that, either.

My thoughts too. Try washing in an enzyme cleaner. It could be she is just re-marking. Even tho you've washed it, the urine scent is till there.
Thank you Rosemary, I will try that.
Karen, I brought it from Petsmart

I use dog beds from Sierra Trading Company with really strong canvas covers.  When I had a couple of rescue dogs, they peed on the bed in the laundry room where they were sleeping.  Then they also peed on the outdoors beds on the deck.  It definitely was not because there was no other places to pee.  It is marking for sure.  My dogs never have peed on their beds.  At least they were outdoor beds so we washed the covers (they zip off) and aired out the inner parts.  Seems to have taken care of the problem, but the rescue dogs are gone, so that may have been the resolution to the problem.

That is frustrating. I agree with Ro, I would wash it with an enzyme cleaner. Good luck!

Thank you Emily
