My 22 week-old puppy, Omar, stands helplessly by while our cat Charlotte eats his food right out of his bowl. I was stunned!

Of course I only let her eat one or two kibbles before I stopped her because I don't think puppy food is very good for a 7 year-old cat.

Awwww. Poor Omar. I will never forget something that Cesar Milan said about dogs living with other pets. He said that the dog must always submit to the cat, rabbit, bird or whatever. It's the only way. Dogs are at the top of the food chain so it's darn good that they tend to be so good natured with other, weaker creatures.
It's very good that Omar is so obliging. Our cats don't care for Yarrow's food, but Yarrow loves to watch the cats eat. :)

Aw, Yarrow is soooooo CUTE! He looks like a big teddy bear!

I have to say, I am so proud of Omar. The first time he met Charlotte he lay down in front of her and I knew immediately, that he wasn't going to try to dominate her. He really has accepted his position in the hierarchy. We are so lucky that he is so good-natured. He's a little annoying at times with his puppy antics but it's nothing out of the ordinary. :)
